David Manzi is the founder of Cirque Salon Studios. In addition to owning and managing the Cirque Salon Studio locations in Charleston, South Carolina, he also oversees operations training and brand standards for Cirque’s franchising company.
Prior to founding Cirque, David spent 15 years as a successful, award-winning owner-operator of several Winmark franchises – Plato’s Closet and Once Upon a Child. He is a United States Army veteran and served a tour of duty during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in the first Gulf War. David earned a Business Administration degree from the College of Charleston and a Masters in Health Administration from The Medical University of South Carolina.
Beau Schweikert co-founded Cirque’s franchising company, Cirque Real Estate Franchising. In addition to developing and managing the Cirque locations in the Northern Virginia suburb of Washington, DC, Beau advises Cirque’s franchisees on site selection and finance.
Before joining Cirque, Beau was the CFO of Route 66 Ventures, a private investment firm specializing in fin-tech, credit and commercial real estate. Prior to Route 66, Beau spent 7 years with Comstock Partners, a privately owned developer of commercial and residential real estate. He started his career in commercial banking after earning a Business Administration degree from the College of Charleston and a MBA from Wake Forest.
